4granted is committed to making our platform usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.

Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we align our practices with Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act where applicable.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML, landmarks, and ARIA where appropriate.
  • Keyboard navigation across forms, dialogs, and menus.
  • Visible focus indicators and skip links on key pages.
  • Color choices and contrast ratios reviewed against WCAG AA.
  • Form fields with associated labels and accessible error messages.
  • Responsive layouts that work at 200% zoom and on mobile assistive tech.

Known limitations

Some embedded third-party content (Stripe checkout, Google sign-in, QuickBooks Online connect screens, and certain document previews) is rendered by vendors and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We're actively working to identify and close remaining gaps in our own product.
