This Privacy Policy explains how 4granted, a product of 4granted, Inc., collects, uses, stores, and protects information when organizations use the platform.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as name, email address, password credentials, and organization details.
  • Client workspace intake information, including mission, programs, service region, funding priorities, and search notes.
  • Grant records, uploaded award letters, receipts, budgets, calendar deadlines, and reporting content you add to the platform.
  • Integration data required to connect services you choose to enable, such as Google Drive or QuickBooks.
  • Usage, security, and device information used to operate the service, diagnose issues, and prevent abuse.

How we use information

  • Provide the grant management workspace, client workspaces, AI matching, reporting, and deadline tools.
  • Customize grant search results and recommendations based on the client questionnaire and workspace data.
  • Operate billing, authentication, customer support, and transactional communications.
  • Improve product quality, reliability, and security.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

How data is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us run the platform, including hosting, authentication, payments, file storage, email delivery, analytics, and integrations you enable. Data may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

AI and customer content

Certain features use AI to analyze grants, receipts, award letters, and reporting data. Customer content is processed only to provide requested product functionality. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before using them for submissions, compliance, accounting, or legal reliance.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data subject to legal, billing, and backup retention requirements.

Your choices

  • You may update client workspace information inside the application settings.
  • You may disable integrations you no longer want connected.
  • You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account information where applicable.
