Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes are handled for paid 4granted subscriptions.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued for unused time on monthly plans.

Refunds

  • Monthly plans: non-refundable once the billing period begins.
  • Annual plans: eligible for a prorated refund of unused full months if canceled within 30 days of renewal, on request.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors: fully refunded once verified.
  • Service outages: credits may be issued at our discretion for extended downtime.

Free trials

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most billing issues can be resolved within one business day. Accounts with open chargebacks may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

How to request a refund

Email team@4granted.app from the email on the account with your organization name and the charge date. We respond within 2 business days.
