Use of the service

You may use 4granted only for lawful business or organizational purposes. You are responsible for account security, user access inside your organization, and the accuracy of data you upload or enter.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Trial offers, pricing, discounts, and plan features may be updated from time to time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us in writing.

Customer content

You retain ownership of your uploaded and entered content. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and use that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service for you.

Integrations and AI outputs

Third-party integrations are provided for convenience and may be subject to separate provider terms. AI-generated matches, summaries, extractions, and drafts are assistive tools only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or funding advice. You must review outputs before relying on them.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful activity, security abuse, scraping abuse, credential sharing, or interference with service operations.
• No uploading malicious code or content you do not have rights to use.
• No attempts to bypass workspace boundaries, access controls, or account restrictions.

Disclaimers and liability limits

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, non-payment, or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any outstanding payment obligations.
